Do you only sell Smart phones? - No! We currently sell phones, iPads, laptops and Accessories. Over the coming months we will also be adding more stock so make sure you keep checking back to see what we have new in-stock. See Available Phones!
What does our products come with? - For every order placed with us, All products come with: All necessary accessories, USB Charger Cable (If you've bought an Apple product this will be a genuine Apple Lightning cable) Sim tool (If the handset requires one) ear phones and your phone, iPad or laptop will be packed in its original box plus a 12 Months Warranty with no extra charges.

How long does delivery take? - As we use FREE next day delivery* couriers, we can guarantee all international orders takes a maximum of 3-7 days working days to get to our buyer's address.. See more about our delivery plan!
What countries do you ship to? - We can ship to every country in the world that has DHL, TNT, FedEX courier services.
How do I return a handset, iPad or laptop? - You are entitled to change your mind and ask for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in the original condition in which it was sent and must include an invoice or any paperwork sent with the item. We will refund the purchase price. All gadgets come with a return tracked pre-paid label in the box, please use this to return the gadget. - Please allow 5 working days for us to receive your product and process your refund. I have a problem with my phone/laptop/iPad, what should I do? - If a product is found to be faulty or defective within 1 year of purchase we will offer a free repair or replacement. The returns policy will only cover manufacturer faults and does not cover the following: - Damage caused by liquid - Intentional damage - Damage caused by dropping the product or intentional mistreatment - Damage caused by attempting to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party - Improper use of accessories - Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear e.g scratches to touchscreen. - Acceptable Battery life depletion. - Any handset that has been Jailbroken or rooted after sale. In the unlikely case you ever do have an issue, or you would like any further information, our dedicated and friendly customer service team are always here to help.

How do you charge for shipping? - A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address for deliveries outside Thailand. NB. For first trial orders, we provide free shipping for 10 pieces and above.
